The hotel room was beautifully decorated, clean, and had nice little touches like chocolates and a card. The bed was extremely comfy, set in a beautiful part of the building with views over the river. The late check-out and breakfast in bed were fantastic bonuses. I even had a two-hour acoustic singalong with everyone joining in – such a memorable experience at Broadoaks.
